Dr. Brent Birely

Dr. Brent Birely founded Artistry in Plastic Surgery and is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon. He trained at the University of Maryland School of Medicine and completed a fellowship at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, and he is affiliated with Greater Baltimore Medical Center and Upper Chesapeake Medical Center. He has practiced for more than two decades and has performed over 5,000 procedures. He sees patients at the Lutherville office and supervises the practice's medical aestheticians.

His surgical work centers on breast augmentation, tummy tuck, mommy makeovers, facelifts and body lifting after weight loss.

He also oversees the semaglutide weight loss program, personally reviewing each patient's medical history and condition before semaglutide is recommended. For Botox, he decides how much to use and where to place it by studying each patient's facial features.
