Dr. Bonnie Cameron

Dr. Bonnie Cameron practises as a therapeutic optometrist with a glaucoma focus. She graduated from Baylor University in 2002, then trained at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia, earning her doctorate with honors in 2005. Her background includes co-managing eye disease alongside other clinicians and making surgical referrals across the full range of vision conditions. Her caseload spans macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, dry eye, retinal detachment, amblyopia and co-management of LASIK patients. She carries out minor procedures, including removing foreign material from the eye, and treats eye infections. Eye exams are available for children from a few months of age. At the Montgomery location she performs the LipiFlow procedure for meibomian gland dysfunction. She applies current digital vision technology when assessing vision disorders and speaks Spanish and English. She mentors high school students through the internship program with Montgomery and Lake Creek High Schools.
