Dr. Bhavna Vaidya, MD

Dr. Bhavna Vaidya, MD, founded RegenesisMD, a Raleigh practice that brings together regenerative medicine and medical aesthetics, and serves as its medical director. She trained in medicine and completed a family practice residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, and graduated with honors from Kasturba Medical College. In 2005 she founded Family Wellness Clinic in Clayton, NC, and spent two decades in clinical practice before opening RegenesisMD in Raleigh. She is board-certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM). She also holds an Anti-Aging Medicine certification from the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), which is not a specialty board recognized by the ABMS. Her advanced training covers peptide therapy protocols and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. She is certified in regenerative aesthetics and stem cell applications. After completing conventional medical training, she moved into integrative medicine, which pairs standard treatments with evidence-based complementary therapies, and she is recognized as an Integrative Physician. Her focus areas are thyroid disorders, hormone therapy, weight loss and sexual health. She oversees protocols for IV nutrition, peptide therapy and aesthetic treatments at RegenesisMD. She holds that a person's biological age can be meaningfully reduced relative to their chronological age. Patients come from across the Triangle to see her team.
