Dr. Ayman El-Attar

Dr. Ayman El-Attar founded Derma Laser Center in 2002, following more than ten years in surgical oncology. He holds three board certifications: from the American Board of Aesthetic Medicine, the American Board of Laser Surgery and the American Board of Cosmetic Gynecology. He is also a Fellow of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. He is President of the American Aesthetic Association, Program Director of the American Board of Aesthetic Medicine, and a faculty member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. His memberships include several medical and surgical societies, among them the American Medical Association. In 2009 he developed the TOPAL technique, which he teaches around the world, and he has trained physicians in more than 55 countries in newer cosmetic surgery methods and protocols. He personally performs liposuction, blepharoplasty and fat grafting, with more than 27,000 liposuction and over 1,000 blepharoplasty procedures to his name. For eyelid work, he marks the natural creases before surgery, removes only the tissue judged necessary, and closes incisions with fine sutures placed beneath the skin. His body contouring work spans more than 35 years, and he has offered laser-assisted body contouring at the center since 2002. He uses Botox for facial refinement, TMJ pain, hyperhidrosis and migraine frequency. The clinic describes him as a leading expert in facial fillers in New Jersey.
