About
Dr. Ayman El-Attar is a cosmetic surgeon and international educator at RELAX, with an MD and more than 35 years in medicine. He is board certified by the American Board of Aesthetic Medicine, the American Board of Laser Surgery and the American Board of Cosmetic Gynecology. More than 100,000 procedures have been performed under his direction.
He graduated with honors from Alexandria Medical School in 1987, completed training in general surgery and family medicine, and earned a Master's Degree in Surgery in 1992. Earlier posts include Assistant Lecturer of Surgery at Alexandria University and Visiting Instructor of Surgery at the Medical College of Ohio. He has founded aesthetic practices and has trained physicians in more than 55 countries.
He serves as president of the American Aesthetic Association and of the American Board of Cosmetic Gynecology, and as program director of the American Board of Aesthetic Medicine. He holds faculty roles with the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine and the Canadian Academy of Aesthetic Medicine. Awards include a Best Regenerative Physician Award from Stemcell Xpress and an Outstanding Teacher Award from the World Congress of Aesthetic Medicine.
