Dr. Arlen G. Fleisher

Dr. Arlen G. Fleisher is a physician at Aspire Medical Aesthetics in Scarsdale, where he provides sclerotherapy and cosmetic services. He is a board-certified cardiothoracic surgeon with over 30 years of clinical practice that includes minimally invasive treatment. Earlier he was an attending surgeon in the cardiovascular and thoracic surgery section at Westchester Medical Center and an associate professor of surgery at New York Medical College. He is a physician member of the American College of Phlebology. Dr. Fleisher holds RPVI and RVT certifications awarded by the American Registry for Diagnostic Sonography and became a diplomate of the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine in July 2008, in its first class. He has written more than two dozen peer-reviewed articles and given papers at national and international meetings. In 2004 the American Lung Association of the Hudson Valley gave him its Sir William Osler MD humanitarian award.
