About
Dormer is the Medical Director and owner of the practice and its treating physician. She is a board-certified physician, triple-boarded and fellowship-trained, and her focus is medical aesthetics and regenerative medicine. Before launching her cosmetic medical practice in 2000, she worked for more than twenty years as a critical care and pulmonary specialist, including care for many burn patients. She has also served as both an associate and an assistant professor at major universities. She provides neuromodulator and dermal filler treatment, and the practice's microneedling and PRP treatments are listed under her care. Before choosing a treatment, she evaluates each patient's facial anatomy, muscle activity, existing lines and response to past treatment, rather than using one injection pattern for everyone. She sets every treatment plan, consults with clients from start to finish, and carries the same clinician through assessment, treatment and the two-week review. Her Botox plans are built from each patient's own facial movement. Her approach is to enhance natural features rather than correct every line, and each consultation begins with understanding the patient's concerns and goals before a plan is made.
