Dr. Anahita Azharian

Dr. Anahita Azharian is a plastic and cosmetic surgeon on the Laser 360 team. She received her medical degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine and also holds a Master of Public Health in infectious diseases and a Bachelor of Science in biology, both earned at the University of South Florida.

Her general surgery residency was completed at Mercy Suburban Hospital and Mercy Catholic Medical Center in Philadelphia, and she then did a plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Following that fellowship she practiced abroad, serving underserved communities, then worked in New York City before settling in Tampa. In Tampa she founded Magnolia Plastic Surgery Center, a small practice in the Tampa Bay area. She is one of the few female plastic surgeons in the region.

She belongs to the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons, the American Osteopathic Association, the Hillsborough County Osteopathic Medical Society and Sigma Sigma Phi National Honor Society. Her hospital and surgery center affiliations are Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel, New Tampa Surgery Center, Tampa Bay Surgery Center and South Tampa Surgery Center. She speaks English and Farsi.
