Dr. Allen B. Yeroushalmi

Allen B. Yeroushalmi is a board-certified ophthalmologist working at an eye care practice in Beverly Hills. His clinical work covers the diagnosis and treatment of cataracts, dry eye, glaucoma, macular degeneration and diabetic eye disease, with particular focus on advanced cataract surgery, LASIK and comprehensive eye care. He has held faculty appointments at the Wilmer Eye Institute of the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and at Weill Cornell Medical Center.

He graduated with honors from the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned a B.S. through the Engineering and Applied Science division and a B.S.E. from Wharton. He then trained at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where he held an academic scholarship, and completed his ophthalmology residency at UCLA's Jules Stein Eye Institute. A sub-specialty fellowship in advanced cataract and LASIK surgery at Weill Cornell Medical Center followed.

At Weill Cornell, he mentored and taught medical students and supervised their surgical work. His sub-specialty training covers corneal transplantation, PRK, LASIK and advanced cataract techniques. He has presented at numerous meetings on laser and refractive eye surgery techniques. He is available full-time to patients.
