Dr. Ali Berry

Dr. Ali Berry is a dermatologist and hair restoration surgeon at the practice. He is one of its most experienced doctors in medical and surgical hair loss treatment. He has 15 years of experience treating hair loss in men and women. He is one of the few exclusive providers of the ARTAS robotic system and the only exclusive ARTAS provider in the greater Detroit area. He is also listed among the doctors offering free hair transplant consultations.

He received a bachelor's degree in biochemistry from the University of Michigan-Dearborn in 1998 and a medical degree with high academic distinction from Wayne State University School of Medicine in 2002. He completed a chief residency in dermatology at Henry Ford Health System in Detroit and later worked there as a staff physician, teaching skin surgery, including complex scalp, neck and face procedures. Since 2006 he has also helped teach dermatology at Wayne State University School of Medicine and Indiana State University.

His clinical interests include skin surgery, complex medical dermatology and hair loss. He performs strip FUT, manual FUE, powered FUE and ARTAS robotic transplants, and sets up the ARTAS robot for each patient according to the patient's scalp, hair, goals and needs. He was named Hour magazine's Top Doctor and received the Patient Choice Award.
