Dr. Aeria Chang

Dr. Aeria Chang founded Beatitude Aesthetic Medicine in 2008 and works there as its physician. She handles every new consultation, along with facial procedures and injectables.

She holds a B.A. and an M.D. from Boston University School of Medicine. Her internal medicine training took place at Faulkner Hospital in Boston and at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine and an Associate of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. Around 2006 she began concentrating on laser and non-surgical cosmetic procedures, and in 2007 she completed an office-based preceptorship with a local dermatologist. Before opening the practice she worked in various locations for more than a dozen years. She is a physician with 30 years of experience and an expert in injectables.

She holds Platinum Plus Injector status with Allergan, the maker of Botox, Juvederm and Voluma, which places her in the top 5% of Allergan accounts in the United States.

Her specialties include dermal fillers and injectables, tightening procedures, safe resurfacing and facials. She is among the top 5% of practitioners in the country by number of Botox injections performed each year, and many Botox and filler clients have said they would not go anywhere else.

She often uses Ultherapy for eye rejuvenation and prefers eLos Fotofacial to lighten sun damage, brown spots and broken capillaries on the chest. She performs Venus Viva treatments with energy settings tailored to each patient. Thermage is her choice for body shaping and contouring of the face, neck and body. She has also used Venus Freeze for tightening and body shaping, and she adjusts needle depth and energy during Lutronic Genius treatments.

Before a treatment plan is set, consultations cover a client's concerns, goals, budget and lifestyle. She declines patients whose expectations or approach she believes would hold back her results.
