Dorothy Sanchez founded Baddies Beauty and owns the Troy studio. She also created Coily Life, a clean beauty haircare line. Her work centers on restoring damaged natural hair, and she has helped more than 500 women regrow their hair in better condition.
Her Healthy Hair Reset consultations begin with her own evaluation of scalp health, density, hydration, breakage patterns and product needs. She combines signature steam-based techniques with healthy hair coaching, so clients receive guidance alongside the service.
