Donovan Nembhard

Medical doctor Donovan Nembhard works as a health care provider with Florida Internal Medicine Associates and has more than 30 years of experience. He holds certification as a Medical Director for assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities and nursing homes. Nembhard received a Bachelor of Arts in Biology, cum laude, from Hunter College of the City University of New York in 1982, and a Doctor of Medicine from New York Medical College in 1986. Training at Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, New York included an internal medicine internship and residency, followed by a two-year fellowship in geriatric medicine. At Winthrop he worked in the internal medicine and geriatrics division, helped oversee the geriatric fellowship program, and served as a preceptor for geriatric fellows, residents, interns, nurse practitioners and nurses. He later served as medical director of Coral Spring Hills in Woodbury, New York.
