About

Donna Decio is the Master Esthetician at the salon and spa, and she also runs the private esthetics academy as an instructor. She is a licensed master esthetician and a Virginia Licensed Master Esthetics Instructor. She spent over 23 years as an East Coast corporate skincare educator for several professional skincare brands. Earlier in that career she worked as a corporate skincare product trainer and as East Coast regional sales manager for two of those brands. She has trained thousands of estheticians, coached hundreds of spas and has been a guest instructor at numerous schools. Her specialties include customized specialty facials and waxing. She customizes facials using hydra-dermabrasion, LED, IPL, micro-current, galvanic and radio frequency. She keeps up with new skincare techniques and technologies so she can pass them on to her students. She works with men and women of all ages and ethnicities.
