Dominic Castellano

Dominic Castellano is Medical Director at Elite Facial Plastic Surgery in Tampa, a role he has held since 2013. Before joining the practice, he practiced plastic surgery for four years in other cities. He is double board-certified in facial plastic surgery and in otolaryngology (head and neck surgery), and his work is confined to face and neck surgery, both cosmetic and reconstructive.

His surgical work centers on facelifts, neck lifts, and rhinoplasty, and he also performs eyelid surgery, brow lifts, fat transfer, and laser skin resurfacing.
