Dmitry

Dmitry is the Master Artist at Virtuoso PMU, where he performs permanent makeup services. He is internationally trained and works as a PMU specialist with years of experience. He created the 20-Minute Brows technique and invented the Inversion Brows color method. He has taught 300 master classes across 28 countries and holds 2 patents. He has also written a published book. He finished 2nd at the Microblading World Championship and has 43 awards and honors in the field. He judges international PMU competitions and founded Clear Victory, which introduced a fair, electronic judging system. Clients travel to him from the US, Germany and across Europe.
