Dixie Gladbach is the founder of The Dixie Method. She is a licensed esthetician who began working in the high-end Los Angeles beauty world about eight years ago.
Before founding the studio, she worked for nearly a decade under a mentor in Los Angeles, where she developed technical artistry and advanced techniques.
She aims to make every client feel seen, understood and confident, and she explains each service and how to maintain it so clients leave with an understanding of their own care.
