Dina Bacon, MD

Dina Bacon, MD, practices as the physician at PURE DPC Medicine+Aesthetics in Saint Augustine. She is board certified in family and integrative medicine. Her nursing background covers more than 25 years in emergency, intensive care, medical-surgical and cardiology units. Before entering medical school, she served as Director of Nursing and then Executive Director of a large hospice. Training includes medical school at Atlantic University School of Medicine, followed by a family medicine residency at Yuma Regional Medical Center in Yuma, Arizona. She went on to an Integrative Medicine in Residency Fellowship at the University of Arizona Dr. Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine. She has further training in aesthetics, hormone replacement, medical weight loss, nutrition and IV therapy. She was named 2023 Family Medicine Resident Physician of the Year by the Arizona Academy of Family Physicians. Her patient panel is intentionally small, giving each patient more time with her. She is best suited to patients who want a trusting relationship with their physician.
