About
Dima Ali, M.D., founded Cosminology. She earned her M.D. at the George Washington School of Medicine and Health Sciences. Her specialties are the treatment of ethnic skin, aesthetic and anti-aging medicine, and cosmetic laser surgery.
She holds board certification from the American Board of Laser Surgery and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Laser Medicine and Surgery, as well as an Associate of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. She is on the faculty of the American Society of Cosmetic Physicians and the American Institute of Aesthetic Medicine, where she teaches physicians about newer technologies and aesthetic innovations. She also works as an expert witness in laser-related litigation. Her work has appeared in Vogue, Cosmetic Surgery Times, Dermatology Times and Healthy Aging Magazine, and she writes regularly for Life & Style Magazine and VIVA Reston/Tysons Magazine.
