He provides myofascial-based deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, along with lymphatic drainage and global fascia work. He also offers craniosacral-informed bodywork aimed at supporting nervous system regulation. He treats the body as a connected network of fascia and the nervous system, and he works out the underlying cause of pain or restriction. He keeps studying anatomy, body mechanics, fascia, and nervous system science.
