Diana Ponsky

Diana Ponsky founded the practice and its medical spa and owns both. Her practice is confined to surgery of the face, head and neck. She holds an Assistant Professor appointment at Case Western Reserve University's medical school and teaches plastic surgery and otolaryngology residents at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center, where she previously led the division of facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. Over more than 25 years in surgery, she has performed more than 3,500 facial operations, more than 1,700 of them rhinoplasties. She received her MD from Georgetown University School of Medicine in 2005, then completed a five-year otolaryngology, head and neck surgery residency at Georgetown University Hospital, where she won the Roy Sessions Exemplary Chief Resident Award. Her facial aesthetic and reconstructive surgery fellowship was at Case Western Reserve University, under Dr. Bahman Guyuron. Her listed specialties are rhinoplasty, revision rhinoplasty, ethnic and ultrasonic rhinoplasty, facelift, mini facelift, deep plane facelift, neck lift, eyelid lift, skin resurfacing and earlobe repair, and her work spans both functional and cosmetic surgery. She performs every surgical procedure herself, from the first consultation through follow-up. Her peer-reviewed publications cover rhinoplasty and facial aesthetic surgery, and she gives invited lectures. She volunteers surgical care with FACE TO FACE and MedWish MedWorks and mentors students in medicine and STEM. According to the practice, she has been a Castle Connolly Top Doctor for 10 consecutive years, a Cleveland Magazine Best Doctor for more than 10 consecutive years, and ranks in the NAOPS top 10 in Ohio.
