About
Diana Monteleone owns Meraki Room, which she founded, and works as a stylist there. She began working in hair in 2004. Later she spent time as an educator, traveling around the country to train stylists, before moving to Chicago in 2008, where she opened and ran a high-volume salon in Wicker Park.
Her work includes teaching classes and taking part in hair shows, styling hair for weddings in Mexico and Italy, and working New York Fashion Week several times. She has also styled for Topshop grand opening events across the country and worked on a national campaign photoshoot in LA.
Her focus is hair health, with cuts, color transformations and treatments, and she offers formal styling for special occasions. She is certified in Hairdreams extensions and Keratin Complex smoothing treatments.
