Devina Parra

Devina Parra runs Devina's Hair Boutique in Scottsdale, Arizona, where she also works as the stylist. She has built a solid client base locally, and has worked with hundreds of people whose face shapes, hair density, textures and lengths vary widely. Some clients make the trip from other regions of the United States to see her.

Her training began at Allure Beauty College in Tucson, Arizona. She then went on to Toni and Guy Hairdressing in Tucson to focus on cutting, a program that moves from foundational technique up to advanced creative work. She has attended the hands-on Balayage Summit, as well as the Energizing Summit, an annual event run by The American Board of Certified Hair Colorists. Her teachers have included educators from Bumble and Bumble, Lanza, L'Oreal, Oribe and Wella. She has also taken classes in Los Angeles, Las Vegas and San Francisco, and has trained under stylists from New York City.

She has taken part in many hair shows and has both produced and worked on several hair-focused photo shoots. She did the hair for celebrity Rita Wilson at Celebrity Fight Night.
