Desha Irion

Desha Irion founded The SKIIN Groupe, where she works as an aesthetic nurse practitioner. She is board certified as a nurse practitioner in Adult-Gerontology and Primary Care, and is affiliated with ISPAN, AAFE and ISSWSH. She has over a decade in medical aesthetics, and her experience in plastic surgery spans more than 10 years.

She earned a Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Miami and also holds degrees in nursing and biology. Her early career was at the University of Miami Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, where she worked with plastic surgeons and precepted nurse practitioners. She later led a hormone and wellness clinic with specialists, then practiced aesthetics privately at Constructive Surgery Associates.

She now concentrates on non-surgical cosmetic work: injectables, female wellness, regenerative therapies and energy-based body contouring. Her plans are tailored to each person, aiming to preserve and enhance what is already natural about them. She holds that beauty doesn't follow one template, and that care should rest on science and aim to regenerate.
