Her specialties go beyond basic hair. She offers loc work, including retwists, two strand twists, loc styling, loc spa days and loc detox, along with instant loc services and loc extension installation. Keratin and smoothing treatments are part of the menu, as are natural styles such as crochet, rod sets and coils. For extensions and weaving she offers micro links, K-tips, sew-ins, braidless sew-ins and ponytails. Color and chemical services include highlights, root retouches, toner, ombre and vivid color, and she also does waxing and a bond repair treatment for bleached or permanently dyed hair.

Clients with natural hair or locs should book a consultation first, which is required for new clients in that group. Consultations are also needed for K-tips, hair color correction and loc extension installation, and K-tips require a deposit to hold the appointment. She only performs sew-in maintenance and weave takedowns on installations or work she did herself. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a fee.
