Denise Bomba-Baldwin is a Master Permanent Makeup Artist who also teaches and founded Radiant Ink Studios in Torrance. She has over 15 years of experience serving Torrance, Redondo Beach and the South Bay, and has completed more than 1,500 procedures. She travels as a guest artist in Orange County and was selected to represent the Tina Davies Professional Team. Her training covers advanced permanent makeup, tattooing, skin care and Plasma Fibroblast, taken with several companies around the world. She is a certified Master Permanent Makeup Artist and is certified in saline removal. Her specialties include nano brows, ombre powder brows, saline removal, Plasma Fibroblast and paramedical tattoo artistry.
