Deepak Raj Dugar, MD

Deepak Raj Dugar, MD founded Beverly Hills Rhinoplasty Center, where he works as the surgeon with a focus on closed, scarless rhinoplasty. He holds board certification from the American Board of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery and from the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Only a small fraction of US surgeons who perform cosmetic nasal surgery hold both. He earned a combined BA/MD over seven years at The George Washington University, then completed surgical residency in otolaryngology, head and neck, and facial plastic surgery at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He was named Best Plastic Surgery Intern of the Year in the UNC plastic surgery department, and he carried out more than five thousand surgical cases during hospital-based training.

He was the last legacy fellow of the Advanced Closed Rhinoplasty Fellowship, a one-on-one apprenticeship, and trained under rhinoplasty surgeons Raj Kanodia, Norman Pastorek, Eugene Tardy, Bruce Feldman and Jean Louis Sebagh. His record includes four peer-reviewed publications, among them work in The Laryngoscope and Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery. He co-wrote Chapter 20 of Master Techniques in Rhinoplasty, Second Edition (2026) and has given more than twenty-seven invited talks at international meetings. He belongs to the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the American Academy of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, and The Rhinoplasty Society. He has been featured on the CBS program The Doctors.
