Decio

Decio is an international hair artist and colorist at East Coast Hair Studio. He began his hairstyling career in 1986 in Brazil. About fifteen years later he opened his own salon, which he owned for about fifteen years, and afterward continued his career at several of São Paulo's leading salons.

He moved to the United States in 2016 and has nearly forty years of experience in hair. He specializes in precision cutting, color, balayage and highlights. The home page lists him for men's haircuts, keratin smoothing treatments, tape-in extensions and event hair.
