Debra R. Durst, MD

Debra R. Durst, MD, is the owner and a physician at RevitalyzeMD, a Knoxville practice she founded in 2017. She earned a bachelor's degree in pharmacy and her medical degree at The Ohio State University, then completed an emergency medicine residency at MetroHealth in Cleveland, Ohio. She worked for over twenty years as an emergency physician before moving into anti-aging and regenerative medicine, a shift that followed an anti-aging conference she attended in 2010.

Her clinical focus is sexual wellness and women's health, alongside regenerative medicine and hormone replacement therapy. For hormone therapy, she begins with lab testing, a medical history, symptom review and the patient's goals, then builds an individualized plan. She also specializes in peptide therapy and offers personalized programs for sexual health, weight loss and anti-aging.

She is board-certified in Emergency Medicine by ABEM and board-certified by AAARM, and she holds a fellowship in Metabolic and Nutritional Medicine (FMNM). She is also double board-certified. She is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and the Cellular Medicine Association, and she hosts the practice's two podcasts, the RevMD Sexual Wellness Podcast and the RevitalyzeMD Aesthetics and Wellness Podcast.
