Debra Cornell

Debra Cornell is a Certified Holistic Health Coach and an EVOX Perception Reframing System technician who offers EVOX perception reframing sessions. Her work includes nutrition workshops, individual health and nutrition coaching, and corporate wellness programs. Her certifications cover Personal Training, Holistic Health Coaching, and Raw Foods Chef and Instruction, and she is certified by NASM. She is board certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and trained at the National Personal Training Institute. Her training also includes Integrative Nutrition in New York City and the ZYTO system. Debra has worked in the exercise and health field for more than 15 years, started on her holistic path in 2009, and joined the Holistic Options team in 2014.
