Debra Behrens

Debra Behrens owns Spa Elora and works there as its aesthetician, a role she has held since 2002. She trained at the Thiensville Mequon School of Esthetics. She started out as a medical assistant, scheduling procedures and assessing and treating skin conditions, then moved into the spa field, adding facials, waxing, microdermabrasion, light therapy and spray tans to her services. Before opening her own business, she trained aestheticians to step into her role. She is also a certified instructor, teaching esthetics in both hands-on and classroom settings. Her focus is skin revision, using RRPM and the DMK skin revision package, and she completes online and in-person training roughly every two months, researching skincare trends before bringing any into her practice. Her certifications include Peter Thomas Roth Clinical skincare, PCA Peel Medical Peel, Face Reality Acne Specialist and DNA Stem Cell Therapist, among others. She has appeared on television promoting DNA stem cell treatments. Her clients include teenagers, working mothers, stay-at-home mothers and people wanting a restful break, and she also sees the teenage children of some long-term clients. She aims to address skin from the inside out, prefers gentler treatments, and builds individualized care plans after a consultation grounded in science.
