About

Deborah Winter is the owner of Deborah Winter Clinical Skin Care and a registered nurse who works as a nurse skin care specialist. She developed Albissa Clinical Skin Care and Deborah Winter Skin Care in 2002.

Her work spans medical and spa settings. She worked with the plastic surgery department at Georgetown University Medical Center, helping develop its esthetic services, and has provided facial care for dermatologists and plastic surgeons, including Dr. Tina Alster and Drs. Jorge and Elan Reisin of the Reisin Aesthetic Institute. She specialized in caring for Dr. Tina Alster's CO2 patients after full ablative laser procedures. She has also designed and built a spa for the Four Seasons Hotel in Washington, D.C., directed spa locations for Elan Cosmetic Centers, served as president of the Australasian Epilation Association, and developed a skin care line and launched a spa in Auckland, New Zealand. She has focused on laser modalities for over 15 years.

Her training includes the Harley Medical Academy in London, where she trained in polynucleotide treatments, and two years of training in London in regenerative products and techniques. She has clients who have seen her for about 10 years, and one client describes her as conservative in her approach and not sales-driven.
