About
Deborah Quinn, DNP, founded Clarity Acne & Aesthetics in Suffolk, Virginia, and leads it. She personally oversees every med spa treatment at the clinic. Her nursing career began as a registered nurse. She holds certification as a family nurse practitioner (FNP-BC) from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and dual certification as a Dermatology Certified Nurse Practitioner (DCNP) from the Dermatology Nurses Association NP Society. She belongs to the American Acne & Rosacea Society and is affiliated with several nursing and aesthetic medicine organizations. She is one of the area's top injectors and its only Certified Aesthetic Consultant. She was the first nurse practitioner in Virginia to set up an autonomous practice. She earned a bachelor's and a Master of Science in Nursing, both with honors, from Old Dominion University, and a doctorate from Radford University. Her practice focuses on acne and acne scar treatment, anti-aging and rejuvenation protocols, and PDO thread lifting with non-surgical skin tightening. She also works with laser resurfacing and regenerative aesthetics such as PRP, PRF and exosomes, plus advanced injectables including neuromodulators, fillers and biostimulators. Cosmetic skin conditions such as melasma, rosacea, sebaceous hyperplasia and skin tags are part of her dermatologic work, and she specializes in full-face rejuvenation that combines Botox, dermal filler, PDO threads and laser resurfacing. Her approach centers on collaboration and education, so patients can weigh their options and make informed decisions. Patients are seen with a focus on feeling heard and valued.
