Deborah Petrowsky, MD

Dr. Petrowsky leads Chester Skin & Wellness as its physician, and oversees every treatment there. With more than 20 years across aesthetics and medicine, she has practiced privately and in academic settings since 1998, and has spent over a decade on cosmetic and laser medicine. Earlier roles include medical director and cosmetic physician in cosmetic dermatology; pulmonary and critical care specialist in Morris and Hunterdon Counties; director of pulmonary hypertension in the cardiac transplant division at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center; worldwide medical director and US/Global medical director at Pfizer, Inc.; and vice president of medical affairs at Ikaria, Inc.

Her work centers on injectables, lasers and skin rejuvenation. Full facial correction with dermal fillers is a particular area, and she often uses a cannula technique for it. She also leads the practice's physician-led hair restoration and weight loss services, and personally administers every Botox injection there. Before a treatment plan is set, consultations cover medical history, lifestyle and goals.

She has taught advanced injection and laser techniques to physicians across New Jersey. She received the New Jersey Top Doctor Award in Aesthetic Medicine twice, and is an award-winning aesthetic medicine physician.
