Debbie Carlin

Debbie works from Studio 3 at Sola Salons, 1620 York, under the On the Fringe name. She has been in the hair industry for 30 years. Her classical training came from International Beauty School, and she later took advanced courses at Jingles International in London, where she went on to teach. For more than 15 years she has been a network educator for Bumble and Bumble. Earlier roles include styling and management at NV Salon Collective, Balance, Denise Christensen and Chas, and she served as Artistic Director at About Faces. Her strongest areas are precision cutting and razor work, styling and finishing, and every type of color service. Listed prices include a women's haircut from $40, a men's haircut at $30, a child's haircut at $25, color from $50, color correction at $100, perms from $90, a full relaxer at $120, thermal straightening at $180 lasting approximately six months to one year, a keratin treatment at $250, a Brazilian Blowout at $300, special occasion up-dos at $180 and a conditioning treatment at $15. She is accepting new clients by appointment only.
