Debbie owns The Strand + creative hair loft and started the salon. She moved to Westchester before co-founding Static Hair Salon in White Plains, where she worked for seventeen years.
She trained under Beverly Hills hair stylists Josè Eber and Allen Edwards, and she continues taking education courses to keep up with current trends and techniques. She also teaches other stylists.
Her focus is custom colored hair toppers for women with thinning or fine hair, faster-growing grays, or a need for extra volume. Clients begin with a private consultation to find a matching topper, then receive personalized styling and education.
