Debbie A. holds a license as a massage therapist at Wellness Station, where she has practiced since 2006. Before turning to massage, she worked as a certified nursing assistant. Her training was a 1,800-hour program at The Desert Institute of Healing Arts, which covered Eastern approaches to the body and Zen Shiatsu. She also studied myofascial release with John Barnes in Sedona, Arizona, concentrating on women's health and the fascial pelvis. Her specialties are correctional alignment, pre- and post-surgical trauma treatment, and intensive myofascial release. Sessions are offered as 60- or 90-minute massage or two-hour myofascial release treatments, and they can be booked Monday through Saturday.
