Deb Monti

Deb Monti shares ownership of Milvali Salon, and started Monti Extensions & Academy. She has worked with hair extensions since 2002 and brings more than two decades of experience running a salon, training stylists and working behind the chair.

She began training stylists in 2016 and designed the business's education program. Her specialty is hair extensions and teaching their installation. She is the instructor for the in-person one-day and two-day Monti courses, which cover Microlink I-Tip, Tape-In and Waterfall Beaded Weft.

She is an award-winning extensionist and has trained most of the top extensionists in the Bay Area.
