About
Deb Monti is a co-owner of Milvali and its extension educator, carrying the title Extensionist Extraordinaire. She has worked in hair extensions since 2002 and specializes in them. She created Monti Extensions and Academy, an education program for stylists, and an ethically sourced line of Monti hair extensions. She began training stylists in the Monti Method in 2016 and now trains the Milvali extensionists in it. She developed the Monti Method with damage-free installs in mind.
