Dawn Sagrillo

Dawn Sagrillo is the founder and clinical director of ReFresh Aesthetic Center, and she also works there as a nurse practitioner and Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist. She has more than 30 years in plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine. Early in that career she spent a decade with the Medical College of Wisconsin Department of Plastic Surgery, and she later partnered with a nationally recognized plastic surgeon to build a private aesthetic surgery practice. She was the first aesthetic nurse injector in Wisconsin.

She was vice president and clinical instructor at Aesthetic Advancements Institute for more than a decade, with clinical instructor service from 2005 to 2018, and she was one of six faculty educators for TITAN Aesthetic Education and Training Company. She is a national trainer and educator for Allergan Aesthetics, Galderma Aesthetics, Revance Aesthetics and Evolus Academy, and she has trained thousands of practitioners in aesthetic injectables across the United States. Her focus is non-surgical aesthetic injectables and aesthetic nursing.

She served on the founding committee that developed the CANS national certification examination and has sat on the ISPAN, Plastic Surgical Nursing Certification Board and Plastic Surgical Nursing Journal boards and committees. She co-authored the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice for Plastic and Aesthetic Nursing, 3rd Edition, and is a published author with more than 20 years of contributions to plastic and aesthetic nursing education. She founded the Wisconsin Aesthetic Provider Coalition and Aesthetic Masterminds, and she created the patented BRIVO Boards injectable tool and BRIVO syringe holders.
