Dawn Philp

Dawn Philp is the founder and lead provider of The Wellness Co. She opened her first practice in Santee in 2002 and is a board-certified nurse practitioner (FNP-BC) who is DEA licensed, with 24 years of nurse practitioner-led clinical experience in East County San Diego. Before nursing, she served in the Navy, and her early work included time in an emergency room and a part-time job at a medical spa in the early 2000s.

Her training began as a licensed vocational nurse, followed by an RN and BSN and then a master's program to become a nurse practitioner. She personally trains the licensed providers who perform treatments at the practice, designs aesthetic protocols under clinical oversight and medically reviews the molecule protocols used in peptide therapy.

She leads the hormone therapy service and personally reviews every hormone lab panel, reading each result alongside symptoms, goals and the wider clinical picture. She also developed the CLARITY method, a framework built on biomarkers for hormone, metabolic and longevity optimization, and reviews every CLARITY lab panel before a protocol is written. She sees Elite members quarterly and Transformation members monthly.
