Dawn Jacobson, MD MPH

Dawn Jacobson, MD MPH, is a board-certified preventive medicine physician who has more than 20 years of experience in medicine. She completed a two-year Integrative Medicine Fellowship at the University of Arizona. Her further training covers functional medicine, clinical genomics and IntellxxDNA, and she has finished Bredesen ReCODE training centered on cognitive health. Her areas include longevity and healthy aging, functional and integrative medicine, and hormone health, with additional work in metabolic health and weight optimization, genomics and personalized wellness, gut and microbiome health, cardiovascular health, brain and cognitive health, nutrition and lifestyle medicine, and advanced laboratory and biomarker evaluation. Her approach considers the whole person rather than isolated symptoms, looking at how hormones, metabolism, genetics, nutrition, gut health, sleep, inflammation, lifestyle and cognition interact.
