David Robinson, MD

David Robinson, MD is a plastic surgeon at Indiana Plastic Surgery in Munster and Valparaiso, Indiana, and he leads the practice's medical spa. He received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University-Bloomington and his medical degree from Rush Medical College in Chicago in 1993. He trained in general surgery at Michigan State University-East Lansing, spent a year on shock and trauma research, and completed his plastic surgery residency at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. At Community Hospital in Munster he served as vice chairman and then chairman of the Department of Surgery, and as president of the Medical and Dental Staff from 2015 to 2019. From 2019 to 2022 he was medical director of the Community Hospital Surgery Center. Since 2014 he has been a volunteer clinical assistant professor of surgery at the Indiana University School of Medicine Northwest campus, where he teaches medical students and residents. His surgical work covers the full range of breast procedures, body contouring such as liposuction, tummy tuck and mommy makeover, and facial plastic surgery including eyelid surgery, ear pinning and earlobe repair. He has completed specialized training in each procedure on the practice's surgical menu. He also offers injectables, including BOTOX Cosmetic and fillers, and he has knowledge and experience with Juvéderm and BOTOX Cosmetic. He sets aside time at the first visit to hear questions and answer them clearly.
