David Michael Garcia

David Michael Garcia owns David Michael Salon, which he opened in River Oaks in 2005. He has more than 25 years of experience in hair and has a particular interest in color and aesthetics.

His training includes time as a fine artist at the University of Texas in Austin, beauty school, and an apprenticeship with Swiss stylist Alexander Zbindin, where he learned European styling methods. He has also trained with many top stylists in the US and Europe. He spent five years as a Sebastian Educator and Platform Artist.
