About
David M. Plank MD is a board-certified plastic surgeon, certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, who specializes in facial and full-body cosmetic procedures. He also performs breast augmentation and breast lift.
He studied chemistry at Miami University of Ohio and graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, where he received several awards for medical research and innovation. He completed a plastic surgery residency at the University of South Florida College of Medicine and was one of three people in the country to obtain a residency position in that program.
He is an Assistant Professor of Surgery at the University of Central Florida, where he is Director of the Plastic Surgery Clerkship and teaches medical students and residents. He is also a Clinical Instructor for the Florida State University College of Medicine. He has contributed a chapter to a textbook and has 16 peer-reviewed abstracts and articles published in plastic surgery. He gives talks about the medical field to students at a local middle school.
