About
Dr. David M. Amron is a dermatologic surgeon who holds board certification in that specialty and practices from the Roxbury Drive office in Beverly Hills. For roughly two decades his research and clinical work have centered on liposuction and body proportioning. He treats patients from Beverly Hills as well as people who travel to him from other parts of the world.
His surgical and non-surgical body contouring options include Smartlipo, Cellulaze, Liposonix, Thermage, CoolSculpting and Ultrashape. Fat transfer to the body and face, the Brazilian butt lift, lymphatic massage, and nutrition and hormonal counseling are also offered. He teaches liposuction to fellow physicians, has published articles in medical journals, and has written chapters in medical textbooks on dermatologic surgery.
He earned a bachelor's degree in biology at UCLA, where he also studied at UCSD, and a medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. His training includes a residency at UCSD and a research fellowship at UCLA. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the American Society for Liposuction Surgery and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery.
Outside the clinic, his writing has appeared in the Wall Street Journal, the Los Angeles Times and Cosmopolitan. He also hosted the Los Angeles radio show A Cut Above for two years.
