David Hoffer

David Hoffer is the artist and master trainer at Headliner.ink, and he has worked in scalp micropigmentation since 2013. He has had over 3,500 clients. He is the only artist at the studio, so every client works one on one with him and receives his full attention, with a focus on detail and care for the person in the chair.

His specialties include advanced SMP techniques and custom designed hairlines. He teaches in small classes that keep the teacher to student ratio low, and he is recognized internationally as an educator in the field through his work as a master trainer. He is an award-winning artist, and his professional peers count him among the best SMP artists in the world.

Earlier in his career he served as brand manager for BISHOP SMP. He received a Certificate of Participation for the launch of the first SMP WAND, working directly with tattoo artist Franco Vescovi, and he was the first cosmetic tattoo artist to work directly with Vescovi on that launch. He has also worked with charitable organizations serving children with alopecia and alopecia awareness.
