David Groshen

David Groshen works as a hairstylist at David Groshen Salon, which is inside Natura Spa. He has appeared on TLC's Faking It and has been a frequent hairstylist on the syndicated show Ambush Makeover. He is a regular guest on NY1, where he comments on hairstyles and beauty, and he is the stylist for several of the station's television anchors. He writes advice columns for multiple style publications, including the Dear David column in Short Cuts and a regular column for 101 Hairstyles magazine that features step-by-step red carpet looks. His makeover teaching has included sessions for the Women's Tennis Association, Major Model Management and the Orchestra of St. Luke's, and he has also been involved in launching the careers of New York models. He also offers a consulting course for entrepreneurs who want to start a salon business. City of Hope recognized him for leading the organizing of HOPE CUTS in New York City, in which salon owners donated services to raise money for cancer patients. He is trained across different hair backgrounds, and he offers hair extensions.
