David Gilpin

David Gilpin is a physician (MD) and facial plastic surgeon practicing in Nashville, Tennessee, and he founded Gilpin Facial Plastics. His practice is limited to facial plastic surgery. He received a bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering from Vanderbilt University in 2002 and a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in 2006. He completed a five-year surgical residency in otolaryngology and head and neck surgery at Case Western Reserve University in 2011, then a facial plastic surgery fellowship at Tulane University in 2012 under Dr. Calvin Johnson. He is dual board-certified, holding certifications from the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (2015) and the American Board of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery (2011). Facelift surgery, including the deep plane facelift, is his particular focus.
