About
David Burke is a chef who oversees the food at Orchard Park by David Burke, the restaurant at the Château Grande hotel, and the catering for weddings, social gatherings and corporate events held there. He is an innovator in American cuisine. He has appeared on the television series Top Chef Masters. His dishes are inventive, striking to look at and full of flavor. He has been recognized by the James Beard Foundation and received the Diplôme d'Honneur from France's Meilleurs Ouvriers de France, and he is the only American to have won it. He has also received the Nippon Award of Excellence from Japan and the Robert Mondavi Award of Excellence. He has two nominations for Best Chef New York. He leads production and catering for wedding and business events.
